Ufancy is operated by 88Lab-2024 Ltd, a Bulgarian single-member limited liability company, UIC 207811865. Operator and contact details.

Ufancy is for lawful, consensual adult content and adult users. Creative freedom does not override the rights of people depicted or applicable law. Read these rules before publishing or sending content.

What is permitted

Adults can share their own lawful content in the formats and access levels supported by their account, provided they hold the necessary rights and valid consent of every person depicted. A creator may choose their voice and offers within these rules.

What is prohibited

  • Any material involving a person under 18, or promotion, solicitation or exploitation involving minors. Every person depicted in adult content must be an adult.
  • Non-consensual intimate material, coercion, trafficking, sexual exploitation, threats to publish intimate material, or content created or distributed without the required permissions.
  • Impersonation or use of a real person’s likeness in intimate content without valid permission, including deceptive manipulated or synthetic material.
  • Unlawful disclosure of private information, identity documents, account credentials or personal contact details; harassment, credible threats or encouragement of violence.
  • Copyright or other rights infringements, unlawful services, fraud, malware, spam, unauthorised access, or attempts to bypass access and safety controls.

Report content without an account

Email abuse@ufancy.net or use the contact form and choose “Content and safety reports”. For copyright or legal correspondence, use legal@ufancy.net.

  • Identify the exact profile, post or other content URL.
  • Explain why you believe the content is illegal or breaches the rules and identify the relevant right or concern.
  • Provide contact details where appropriate so the team can clarify the report and communicate the outcome.
  • State that the report is made in good faith and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not send copies of suspected child sexual-abuse imagery or other illegal files. Provide the URL and identifying information instead. Do not include unnecessary personal or identity information. If there is an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.

How reports and review work

The team reviews reports, may request relevant information and may remove or restrict content, limit features or suspend an account according to the facts and applicable law. The contact form provides a reference when a request is recorded. Keep that reference for follow-up.

You may request review of a moderation decision by replying to the decision or writing to the relevant support address with the content or case reference, the reason you disagree and relevant evidence. Review requests do not carry a platform fee. Applicable rights to approach authorities, courts or an eligible out-of-court dispute-resolution body are unaffected.

Keep appropriate age, identity, release and rights documentation for people appearing in your content. Supply it through the requested verification process when required. A person’s agreement to appear in a photograph does not authorise every later use of it. See the Creator Agreement for creator obligations.
