Before you pay

Account creation is free. Paid offers may include subscriptions, individual posts, paid media messages and tips. Review the displayed description, price, currency, access period and any renewal terms before confirming a payment. Use only the payment methods available in the application. If an amount or fee is unclear, contact support@ufancy.net before proceeding.

Subscriptions and renewal

Where an offer renews automatically, the billing information presented with that offer applies. Use the subscription controls to stop future renewals. If a control is unavailable or you believe cancellation has failed, contact support with the creator/profile and transaction reference. Do not send your password or full card number.

Cancelling a future renewal is different from requesting a refund for a previous charge. Access after cancellation depends on the purchased period, the transaction and applicable rights.

Problems and refund requests

Contact support for duplicate charges, access not supplied as described, a suspected unauthorised transaction or another payment concern. Include the date, amount, currency, relevant creator/profile or item and a transaction reference if available. We review the circumstances and applicable rights and may need information from the payment provider or creator. Do not include full payment-card details.

Refund handling depends on the transaction, delivery and payment method. Provider processing times can vary. A tip or a completed digital purchase is not automatically refundable simply because a user changes their mind; this does not remove a statutory right, a remedy for a failure to supply, or the right to dispute an unauthorised payment.

Consumer rights and digital content

Where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal or another remedy, that right remains available unless a lawful exception applies. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of a withdrawal right can require prior express consent to start supply, acknowledgement of the consequence and the required confirmation. Browsing the site or accepting general website terms alone does not establish that these conditions have been met.

These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or prevent lawful complaints and payment disputes. Contact support for an assessment of your specific transaction.

Creator withdrawals

Withdrawal eligibility, methods, thresholds, checks and fees are those applicable to the account and selected payout. A request does not guarantee an immediate transfer. Provide accurate verification and payout information and ask support about any unclear deduction or restriction. See the Creator Agreement.
