Terms of Service

Ufancy is operated by 88Lab-2024 Ltd, a Bulgarian single-member limited liability company, UIC 207811865. Operator and contact details.

These Terms govern access to ufancy.net and app.ufancy.net and the platform services offered there. Read them together with the linked policies and the terms presented for any paid offer you select. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain applicable.

1. Adults only and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age or legal requirement applicable where you access the service. Nobody may use the service on behalf of a minor or give a minor permission to access it. Do not access the service where doing so is unlawful.

2. Accounts and verification

Provide accurate registration information, protect your sign-in credentials and keep your contact email current. Do not impersonate another person, sell access to an account or bypass access controls. Follow any identity or eligibility checks shown for creator access or payment features. We may restrict access while investigating a security, identity or legal issue.

3. Content and platform tools

Ufancy supports creator profiles and configured publishing, community and paid-content tools. Availability can depend on your account, location, eligibility and the current configuration. Optional modules or integrations are not a guarantee of availability. Neither audience growth nor earnings are guaranteed.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their offers and for their content and permissions. Read the creator’s description, the displayed price, access period and billing details before purchasing. Contact support if something material is unclear.

4. Your content and permitted use

You retain ownership of your original content. By uploading it, you give the operator the non-exclusive permissions necessary to host, store, process, display and deliver it through the service according to your access choices, and to perform the selected paid offer. This does not transfer ownership of your work. Additional creator obligations are in the Creator Agreement.

Purchasing or subscribing grants the stated access for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or permit unauthorised copying, redistribution, recording, resale or publication elsewhere. Rights expressly granted by the creator or mandatory law are unaffected.

5. Content standards and creative freedom

Lawful, consensual adult content is permitted within the Content Policy. Content is not prohibited merely because it is adult. This does not permit material involving minors, non-consensual conduct, exploitation, unlawful disclosure of intimate information, infringement or other prohibited acts.

Do not distribute malware, send spam, scrape private information, attempt unauthorised access or evade a restriction. We may review content or accounts and take proportionate action to protect users and comply with law. No statement here promises that every upload is screened before publication.

6. Prices, payments and fees

Creating an account is free. Subscriptions, paid posts, paid media messages, tips and other selected transactions may involve charges. The price, currency and any applicable billing information must be reviewed before you confirm a payment. Platform, payment or payout fees and applicable taxes depend on the offer, payment method and relevant account terms. Ask support for clarification before proceeding if a charge or deduction is unclear.

Payment methods are those currently offered in the application. Payment providers may apply eligibility, verification, processing or dispute requirements. Do not submit an unauthorised payment or use a chargeback fraudulently. Nothing in these Terms restricts a lawful payment dispute or statutory remedy.

7. Subscriptions and cancellation

A subscription may renew automatically where that billing arrangement is shown and accepted. Review the period, price and renewal details before subscribing. Cancel future renewal using the subscription controls, or contact support@ufancy.net if you cannot find the control or believe a cancellation failed.

Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Your access after cancellation depends on the purchased period and applicable rights. Read Payments, Cancellations & Refunds for digital-content and consumer-rights information.

8. Creator balances and payouts

Creator access and withdrawal requests are subject to verification, available payout methods, the applicable threshold, account status and the rates or deductions disclosed for the account or payout. A balance or request is not a promise of an instant transfer. Processing may depend on the payment provider, fraud or legal checks, disputes and necessary account information. Contact support for the terms relevant to your request.

9. Privacy and notifications

The Privacy Policy explains account, content, transaction and support processing. Optional analytics are controlled separately through cookie preferences. Push notifications need device permission and can be turned off. The service does not require you to consent to optional analytics as a condition of using core functions.

10. Reports, restrictions and review

Use the report control on a profile or post, the contact form, or abuse@ufancy.net to report illegal content, impersonation, lack of consent or safety concerns. Include the exact URL and enough information to identify and explain the issue. Do not send copies of suspected illegal imagery.

We may remove or restrict content, suspend features or suspend an account for a relevant breach, legal requirement or security risk. Where appropriate and permitted, we explain the action and how to request review. To challenge a decision, contact the relevant support address with the case or content reference and your reasons. 11. Closing an account

You may ask support to close your account. Resolve outstanding subscriptions, payment matters or lawful obligations as applicable. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a valid debt, erase records that must be retained by law or reverse a completed purchase. Data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from every error. Maintenance, security measures and provider failures can affect availability. Report a failure or content-access problem so it can be investigated.

You are responsible for your unlawful conduct and for content or permissions you provide. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer remedies, or your data-protection rights.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or law. The published date identifies the version. Material changes will be communicated where required; an update does not remove rights already acquired or replace consent that must be obtained separately.

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to them.
