Creator Agreement

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service for accounts that publish content or use creator monetisation tools. It describes creator responsibilities and permissions. It does not guarantee earnings, approval or access to every optional feature.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18, legally eligible to provide the content and meet any additional verification requirements shown in your account. Keep your identity, contact and payout information accurate. Do not submit false documents or operate through another person’s identity.

2. Everyone depicted must be an adult and consent

Confirm and document that every person depicted is an adult and has consented to the recording and the intended publication, distribution and paid access. Retain the permissions and age/identity evidence required by law and relevant platform rules. Permission to be photographed is not, by itself, permission for every form of public or paid distribution. Provide appropriate evidence through the requested secure verification process when required; do not send unnecessary identity documents through ordinary support email.

3. Content ownership and service permissions

You keep ownership of your original work. You grant the operator the non-exclusive permissions needed to host, process, display and deliver your content through Ufancy according to the access settings and offers you choose. This includes technically necessary copies and delivery to entitled users. Your work is not transferred to the operator.

Only upload content and likenesses for which you have the necessary rights. Do not publish confidential, infringing or non-consensual material. Content must comply with the Content Policy. The platform can review content, request evidence or restrict it when appropriate; this is not a claim that every upload is pre-approved.

4. Offers and audience expectations

Describe paid offers accurately. Choose prices and access terms within the available controls, and do not promise content or personal services you cannot or lawfully may not provide. Clearly distinguish an ongoing subscription from a one-time purchase. Do not use deceptive promotions, artificial engagement or harassment to obtain purchases.

5. Charges, balances and payouts

Creator revenue is subject to the applicable platform and payment terms, taxes, fees, disputes, chargebacks and relevant adjustments. Review the information shown for your account and withdrawal request and ask support if a rate, deduction or payout condition is unclear. Payout timing depends on the selected method and required checks.

Withdrawal methods, minimum amounts and eligibility depend on the currently available service and provider requirements. Accurate verification and payout information may be required. You remain responsible for your own tax reporting and other legal duties.

6. Removal, termination and purchased access

You may manage content through the available controls or ask support to close your account. Removing an item or closing an account does not automatically reverse a prior purchase or remove a purchaser’s statutory rights. Permissions continue only to the extent necessary to fulfil existing lawful access, protect rights, comply with law or retain necessary records. Data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

7. Reports, review and contact

Report lack of consent, unlawful use or safety issues to abuse@ufancy.net. Copyright and legal notices can be sent to legal@ufancy.net. Include a URL or case reference and sufficient explanation; do not forward suspected illegal imagery.

If your content or account is restricted, you can request a review with the reason and relevant evidence. These provisions do not remove statutory rights. The governing-law and changes provisions in the Terms apply to this agreement.
