Last updated: 2026-11-05

Ufancy is operated by 88Lab-2024 Ltd, a Bulgarian single-member limited liability company, UIC 207811865. Operator and contact details.

This policy covers the Ufancy website, application, profiles, communications, support and related account services. It explains how the operator uses personal data. Using the website is not, by itself, consent to optional analytics or advertising.

1. Controller and privacy contact

The data controller is 88Lab-2024 Ltd, UIC 207811865, VAT BG207811865, at 13 Ivan Boychev Street, entrance 1, floor 5, apartment 15, Lyulin district, Sofia 1324, Bulgaria. Send privacy requests to privacy@ufancy.net or use the contact form.

2. Information we process

  • Account information: email address, username, display name, account settings, sign-in records and information you provide during registration or account changes.
  • Profile and content information: profile photographs, covers, biographies, posts, Reels, Stories, media, visibility choices, comments and interactions you create.
  • Communications: messages, reports and support requests, including the details needed to investigate and respond. Avoid sending passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity documents through ordinary support messages.
  • Verification and compliance: identity, age or other documentation requested for creator access, payment or legal checks, and records of consent or verification decisions where applicable.
  • Transaction information: payment and payout references, amounts, currency, status, billing or withdrawal details and records needed for accounting, dispute handling and fraud prevention. The selected payment provider processes payment credentials under its own terms; do not send full card details to support.
  • Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, session and security logs, cookies and notification-subscription information. Optional analytics are handled as described below.
  • Providing the service: creating and maintaining accounts, displaying content under your access choices, delivering messages and processing selected paid features, where necessary to perform our contract or take steps you request before a contract.
  • Security and support: investigating reports, answering requests, preventing abuse and protecting the service and users, based on legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal duties: tax and accounting records, lawful requests, age and identity obligations where applicable, and the establishment or defence of legal claims.
  • Consent: optional analytics and other processing that requires consent. You can withdraw consent for future processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Adult content can reveal sensitive information, including information about sex life or sexual orientation. Do not upload another person’s intimate or identifying information without their valid permission. Where special-category rules apply, an appropriate condition under Article 9 GDPR is required, such as valid explicit consent, information manifestly made public by the person, or a condition for legal claims; ordinary acceptance of website terms is not a substitute for that condition.

4. Visibility and other recipients

Your visibility settings determine whether content is public, restricted to members or behind paid access. Material you make public can be viewed and shared by others outside your intended audience. Screenshots and copies cannot be made impossible by a privacy setting.

We use service providers as needed to operate Ufancy: hosting and storage infrastructure, email delivery and technical support, payment providers such as Stripe when used for a selected payment method, real-time communication services such as Pusher, and push-delivery services used by browsers and devices. Google services are used for optional Analytics and configured spam protection such as reCAPTCHA. Providers receive information necessary for their role and may have their own legal obligations and privacy notices.

Support messages to Ufancy addresses are routed to the operator’s central support inbox, support@88lab.eu. We may disclose necessary information to competent authorities when legally required or where necessary to address unlawful conduct, protect rights or handle legal claims. We do not sell personal data.

5. Google Analytics, cookies and push

Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow the analytics category. Refusing analytics leaves core site functions available. Advertising storage, advertising user-data use and advertising personalisation are disabled in this installation. Analytics page addresses and titles are simplified to reduce the inclusion of usernames, identifiers and query strings. Google may process device, network and interaction information under its privacy terms.

Use to change your choice, or read the Cookie Policy. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser is another option. Google information is available in its Privacy Policy.

Push notifications require a separate browser or device permission. We store the subscription information needed to reach that device. You can disable notifications in your Ufancy settings and revoke permission through the browser or operating system. Installing the PWA does not itself grant push permission.

6. International processing

Hosting, communication, payment and Google services may involve processing inside or outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer is subject to GDPR restrictions, an applicable transfer mechanism is required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact the privacy address for information about providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the purposes described above: account and content data while needed to provide the account or selected access; support and security records for the time needed to resolve the matter and address risks; and transaction, verification or legal records for applicable statutory or dispute-related periods. Retention depends on the type of information, the reason it is held, legal duties and outstanding claims.

You may request account or data deletion through privacy@ufancy.net. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or claim-related reasons. Deletion from active systems does not instantly remove all backup copies; retained backups must remain protected and be removed through their normal retention cycle. We explain relevant limitations when handling your request.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. Requests are normally answered within one month; the law permits extensions in some cases, with an explanation.

You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection. You can contact us first, but this does not limit your right to complain or seek a remedy.

9. Children, security and changes

Ufancy is not intended for anyone under 18. Report suspected underage use or content to abuse@ufancy.net. Do not send copies of suspected illegal imagery; provide the relevant URL or identifying details instead.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service. No online service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected security issue to support. We update this policy when processing changes and provide additional notice where required. The update date appears above.
